I am so glad you asked! I wrote a long post all about occupational therapy and why I chose it as my profession HERE.
I decided to change the name of blog from pearls on a string to simply my name, Lesleigh Frank. This represents the journey of personal growth I have been on and more fully represents my evolving life as a mother and professional. I am grateful to pearls on a string and the six years of life we shared together!
Both of their names stem from very different inspirations. Here is a post all about their names, what they were almost named, and what their names would be had they been boys.
I am so flattered when I receive this question. The best way to get started is to jump in and begin! Blogging is such a fulfilling and fun hobby for me. I’ve written a post all about how to start a blog, which includes how I partner with different brands and businesses.
I process life through words, both written and oral, and enjoy telling my story in an effort to create meaningful connections with others. I thrive through connecting with people! I have “met” so many wonderful people through my blog and feel it has tremendously enriched my life. It has tested the depths of my knowledge, challenged me, and taught me what is truly important in life. I love hearing from other women about how my trials have helped them through similar crises, like my bout with postpartum depression. My philosophy is that if I can help one person feel less alone, then it is all worth it.
