For garnish: sour cream, salsa, cilantro, chopped avocado, and sliced lime
Instructions
In a large bowl combine two tablespoons olive oil, the rice vinegar, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, and a sprinkle of salt.
Add cabbage, bell pepper, and onion. Stir until combined. Set aside.
Spread remaining tablespoon of olive oil on salmon filet and sprinkle with cumin, salt, black and cayenne peppers. Let marinate and grill according to your BBQ.
