Even though Magnolia is three months old, I still feel like I am in the throes of postpartum dressing. I am not in my pre-pregnancy clothes yet– not even close!– and I don’t feel 100% comfortable getting dressed. You may have noticed I gravitate heavily towards a few color combinations (black, white, blush, and gray) because this makes it much easier to pull outfits together. When I spotted this peplum sweater, which comes in black and ivory, I knew it was love. The peplum line helps to flatter the midsection and brings just a little bit of glam to an Alaskan mama’s wardrobe. It has enough structure to pair with trousers for work or jeans for a coffee run. And since winter here lasts forever, I know I’ll be wearing this peplum sweater for many months to come!
