Dare I say I love Easter more than Christmas? I think it’s easy to get caught up in every holiday as the seasons roll around, yet I do find myself loving Easter more and more. There is an ease in the season without the winter obligations of holiday parties and endless gift-giving. The extra daylight (we are past the 12 hours mark now!), the melting snow, and the promise of warmer days ahead just makes me happy. Even though we don’t enjoy a bonafide spring here complete with blooming flowers just yet, I can’t help but feel the optimism bursting from my seams. I had so much fun putting together Waverley’s Easter basket this year. Witnessing her likes and dislikes evolve make surprising her with little treats all the more worthwhile. Fortunately I was down in Oregon for Easter basket shopping and stocked up at Paper Source and our favorite little toy store in Portland, Child’s Play Toys. Here’s what the little gal has in store for Sunday! I hope this helps if you are fixing to fill an Easter basket for a toddler in your life.
If you’re looking to fill your little one’s Easter basket, too, I included links below to make it super easy! I also picked up these super cute bunny string lights for her room. Happy basket filling!
