Are you back into the swing of things since Thanksgiving break last week? Thanksgiving always ignites a whirlwind of tasks and a mile long to-do list for the upcoming weeks. There’s rarely enough time to reflect on Thanksgiving itself or the past year. I’m so grateful for My Happiness Project posts because it forces me to sit back to contemplate, give thanks, and rejoice in what is making me happy. My Thanksgiving weekend spent at Alyeska Resort provided plenty to be grateful for. We had such a lovely time. We ate delicious food (most notably at Seven Glaciers Restaurant, which is on the top of a mountain and only accessible via tram!), went on hikes in the snow, drank too much wine, and I finally learned how to play Cribbage. My favorite part though was swimming with Waverley. She seems to possess a natural comfort in the water that forces me to wonder if that can be genetic! My second favorite was the mind-blowing massage I received. Can we go back next weekend?
{My Thanksgiving wish list was granted and I wore this sweater nearly all weekend. Love it.}
{Fathers of daughters just kill me for the things they do to get a laugh, including rocking pink bows.}
{I accidentally dressed Waverley and I like twins. It happens occasionally.}
{Just admiring this beautiful winter wonderland.}
