I am not one to grow super mushy on Valentine’s Day but I certainly love taking advantage of the perfect baking opportunity it provides. I am a sucker for pink frosting. In anticipation of company this weekend (including a wine and cheese pairing class, more to come with that next week) I am whipping up some delicious chocolate cupcakes. I used this recipe and substituted brewed coffee rather than water (why use water when you can have coffee?).
