Today is Magnolia’s first birthday.

Her personality is silly, curious, mischievous, and affectionate. She loves to snuggle and buries her face in anything soft, whether that is her favorite lovey, a cozy blanket, the puppy, or her mama. She is strong; I can already tell she will not accept any BS! She has a slight fear of missing out and will keep us on our toes when she is a teenager for sure!

A few of her current favorites:
-Foods: Bananas, any meat or fish, pancakes, and blueberries
-Songs: “You Are My Sunshine” and “Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes”
-Toys: Pack of wipes, electrical cords, dirt, sister’s ponies, anything soft/cozy

Magnolia’s favorite hobbies include long baths, rearranging (i.e., throwing) the girls’ drawer of plates, nursing in bed before she feels prepared to tackle the day, playing hide-and-seek, shoving her hands in her mother’s mouth, dancing, and eating whatever her big sister is eating.

She can crawl (quite quickly!), pull-to-stand, say mama and dada, sign more and all done, and shake her head no. She is very talkative and sounds like a baby zombie. No one can make her laugh quite like her big sister can.

She is the light our family did not know we were missing!

Happy birthday, my sweet girl! I’ll love you forever.
