We are prepping to leave for Oregon on Friday! Growing up there I yearned for more extreme weather, yet ironically now I pack as if we’re heading on a tropical vacation when we visit in the summer. We have so many fun plans with friends and family for this upcoming visit. I am especially excited to head to the beach and experience some bonafide summer weather– as in high 80s vs the 60s in Anchorage. I am giddy to use all of my beach gear and warm weather accessories! They don’t get to come out to play very often! I’ll definitely bring this adorable beach tote, which is the perfect size for all of the family’s necessities. Waverley and Magnolia are up to the challenge of attempting to bring home as much sand as possible, but the joke is on them because this bag makes it nearly impossible to:) Ha! (Mom humor, right?) Also, since it is Oregon, I’ll be packing this beach scarf for when the evenings grow chilly. The weight is perfect for summer and it’s big enough to wrap up in as well. Also look closely for the sweetest stripes. Just a few more days! I can hardly wait!
